What do you mean?

9 people of different linguistic backgrounds were told a sentence in Hindi and then asked to immediately repeat what they heard. My goal was to capture how one's linguistic knowledge affects how much of the sentence they could catch onto phonetically. While we hear the same, we do not listen the same. Our linguistic background affected how we perceive the world around us.
